Jebsen PTC, Inc. in Makati is seeking a recruiter specialized in maritime personnel to handle sourcing across deck, engine, and catering roles. You will screen candidates, verify sea service records, and ensure compliance with licensing and PEME standards.

You will manage maritime portals, conduct initial interviews, and maintain audit-ready records to support vessel rotations and urgent vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting maritime personnel across deck, engine, and catering roles.
• Ability to review Seaman's Books (SIRB/SID) and sea service records.
• Familiarity with COC, COP, STCW training endorsements and PEME standards.

Responsabilités

• Actively source and pool qualified maritime candidates for deck, engine, and catering roles.
• Manage maritime job portals and social channels to attract applicants.
• Maintain an audit-ready database and 201 files for all candidates.
• Review resumes, Seaman's Books, and sea service records for accuracy.
• Conduct initial interviews, technical screenings, and pre-employment evaluations.
• Perform background and reference checks and verify sea service history with previous agencies/owners.
• Verify licenses and STCW endorsements with regulatory authorities.
• Ensure candidates meet medical fitness, visa, and flag state requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready digital records for all candidates.
