Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor vessel reporting, ensure timely submission of required reports, and verify data accuracy. You will identify inconsistencies, coordinate with the technical team, and interact with ships and vessel operators to gather operational insights.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, basic MS Excel skills, and strong English communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with shipping/maritime knowledge viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or College degree in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel (graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports; follow up with vessels as needed and verify data accuracy.
• Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any system-related issues.
• Communicate directly with ships regarding reporting data content.
• Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day vessel activities and gather operational insights.
• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address any data-related concerns or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
