Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel including graphs, charts, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports; follow up with vessels as needed and verify data accuracy.
• Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve system-related issues.
• Communicate directly with ships regarding reporting data content.
• Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day vessel activities and gather operational insights.
• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
