Job summary

iCrescere Services Corp is seeking an entry-level Operations/Data support role based in Cebu City, Philippines. You will monitor vessel reporting, ensure timely submission of required reports, and identify data inconsistencies for corrective action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel (graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve system-related issues.
• Communicate directly with ships regarding reporting data content.
• Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day vessel activities and gather operational insights.
• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to SOPs.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
