A maritime services company based in the Philippines is seeking a Crewing Assistant to manage client and crew relationships. The ideal candidate should have a related four-year degree and preferably one year of experience in the Manning Industry, along with skills in processing relevant medical and training documents. Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year of experience in Manning Industry.
• With experience or specialized training in Crewing Operations.
• Must have experience in processing seafarers' pre-employment medical requirements, DMW/OWWA, Marina documents, travel documents, STCW/Flag state Training/Licenses and Visa processing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor completion of crew documentation and crew information prior to joining the vessel.
• Monitor and implement crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements.
• Monitor deliverables of third-party providers.
• Ensure timely updating of crew documents in the system.
• Update Crewing Manager and Principal on crew status.
• Raise concerns to the crewing manager related to crew processing.
