Qualifications
Preferably with 1 year of experience in Manning Industry.
With experience or specialized training in Crewing Operations.
Must have experience in processing seafarers' pre-employment medical requirements, DMW/OWWA, Marina documents, travel documents, STCW/Flag state Training/Licenses and Visa processing.
Responsibilities
Monitor completion of crew documentation and crew information prior to joining the vessel.
Monitor and implement crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements.
Monitor deliverables of third-party providers.
Ensure timely updating of crew documents in the system.
Update Crewing Manager and Principal on crew status.
Raise concerns to the crewing manager related to crew processing.
