Qualifikationen

• Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, SOLIDWORKS or similar.
• Knowledge of marine automation systems (HMI, PLC).
• Understanding of marine structural, mechanical, and electrical principles.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Passport valid and able to travel internationally.
• Open to international visas and deployment requirements.
• English language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Conduct research, testing, and evaluations for design and modification of marine vessels and equipment.
• Develop designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Prepare technical reports, analyses, and system documentation.
• Present concepts and layouts to customers and stakeholders.
• Use design software to develop and review vessel designs.
• Oversee engineering activities during construction, modification, and repair.
• Supervise structural, mechanical, and electrical efforts for compliance.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Perform quality control inspections and acceptance tests.
• Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Investigate failures and perform root cause analyses.
• Support troubleshooting of complex marine systems.
• Promote improvements and best practices.
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Maintain engineering documentation per requirements.
• Collaborate on service orders and grounds management tasks.
• Assist with seasonal or special projects as assigned.
