Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Ground Electronics Supervisor to support a unique US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role entails supervising maintenance and troubleshooting of ground electronics, overseeing technicians, and ensuring readiness of electronic systems for mission operations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in related fields, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain required credentials and clearances. Travel and deployment requirements apply to a remote overseas assignment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ground electronics maintenance or related technical fields.
• Experience with inspections, calibrations, and system testing preferable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials/authorization.
• Passport valid for at least 1 year and ability to obtain visas as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ground electronics systems and related equipment.
• Oversee technicians performing inspections, repairs, calibrations, and testing per Navy and Amentum standards.
• Ensure configuration, functionality, and readiness of electronic systems supporting mission operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
