Job summary

In this role you will partner with the Lead Marine Personnel Officer, manage crew changes, maintain training plans, and coordinate visa letters and joining documentation, while upholding safety and environmental standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the marine industry or shipping sector.
• Knowledge of STCW regulations and crew certification requirements.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Marine Personnel Support: scheduling, certification compliance, crew changes, and liaison with vessel teams.
• Training Coordination: maintain training plans and coordinate shore-based training per STCW/competency gaps.
• Recruitment: assist with screening, onboarding, and new-hire procedures.
