Job summary

Inkote Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales professional to generate new leads and close sales in construction and industrial sectors. You will manage B2B accounts, promote protective coatings, and conduct client visits across sites.

The role requires strong negotiation, closing skills, and the ability to coordinate with technical and operations teams. Travel to project sites is expected, with incentives based on commission and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or related) is required.
• Experience in sales, field sales, technical sales, or industrial sales is an advantage.
• Background in paint, coatings, construction materials, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close sales in construction, and industrial sectors.
• Manage and grow B2B accounts and client relationships.
• Promote and sell protective coatings, and industrial coatings.
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and field sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project requirements.
