PPG Coatings (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager based in the Philippines to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability through strategic account management, pricing optimization, and market development.

You will optimize working capital by managing accounts receivable, forecasting demand, and controlling inventory while advancing global Marine strategies and premium coating solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BS Engineering or degree in Accounting, Marketing or Business.
• 7 years related experience in the Marine Coating Industry.
• 10 years' sales experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
• Experience with key marine customers (Span Asia, Herma Shipping/SY, SMC Shipping) is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with MS Office to analyze data and trends.
• Independent, results-oriented with proactive communication to prospects.
• Experience building and managing strategic customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable business growth and profitability through strategic customer management, pricing optimization, and market development plans.
• Optimize working capital by accounts receivable management, demand forecasting, and inventory control while meeting operational metrics (AR/Sales, DSO, DOI).
• Promote premium coating solutions to strengthen value creation and growth in global Marine strategies.
• Expand Shipmanagement portfolio by strengthening relationships and increasing market reach within key marine accounts.
• Grow strategic marine accounts with tailored plans and increased share of wallet across Span Asia, Herma Shipping/SY, SMC Shipping.
• Increase distribution sales channels throughout Luzon.
• Complete the Accreditation of PPG Products for Phil Navy.
• Develop Marine Strategy to support Luzon growth.
• Identify customer needs, price analyses vs competition, and submit tenders.
• Utilize Salesforce, Quotation Manager, and other digital tools to improve sales effectiveness and deliver product/technical presentations.
