You will qualify leads, execute inbound and outbound prospecting, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with global teams. Required: 1–3 years in sales and experience with AI-enabled tools; preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including validating outputs, protecting confidential information, and applying human judgment

Responsibilities

• Apply qualification frameworks to assess and prioritize leads and optimize the sales process.
• Execute inbound and outbound lead-generation strategies to strengthen the sales pipeline and achieve measurable results.
• Perform high-volume prospecting activities to generate leads and increase pipeline opportunities and bookings.
• Build a disciplined pipeline through targeted outreach, qualification, and thoughtful account planning.
• Connect customers' operational challenges with relevant software capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, next steps, forecasts, and deal context.
• Use AI-assisted research and preparation responsibly to improve account insights, message relevance, and seller productivity.
• Maintain clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership to ensure work progresses without ambiguity.
• Measure outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and act on insights from operational indicators.
• Demonstrate company values through direct communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
