Emapta Philippines is seeking a Business Development Representative to connect care providers with smarter healthcare technology. You will build and maintain a sales pipeline, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives, working onsite in Cebu with a night shift.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong phone presence, and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach). Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of professional experience; prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to engage and influence prospects.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM and sales tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and DocuSign.
