Qualifications

• CPA with strong commercial acumen in a sales/manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 3 years in Factory/Manufacturing OR 5 years as Accountant/Financial Analyst.
• Understanding of product costing using an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Complete and deliver Philippine Operations financial reporting accurately and timely.
• Prepare, analyze and report gross margin analysis and assist in month-end closing.
• Manufacturing cost accounting including investigation, analysis of costs and variances, follow up and reporting.
• Manage the Philippine Operations budgeting process.
• Tight management of cost control with CAPEX and policy compliance.
• Drive accountability for accurate information and reports for the business.
• Lead change management programs to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Prepare and analyze labour, material and overhead usage reports.
• Analyze inventory including aging and roll forward.
