Job summary

Corporate Executive Search, Inc. (CESI) is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager in the Philippines to lead full-spectrum manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and drive safe, compliant production.

You will align production planning with demand, optimize resources, and deliver operational targets across the plant. You will champion continuous improvement, manage budgets and CAPEX, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to sustain reliable product supply and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5 years of plant leadership or senior manufacturing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and food safety systems.
• Experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, and large production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance throughout the plant.
• Lead maintenance, engineering, and reliability programs to maximize asset uptime.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to optimize performance and reporting.
• Provide regular plant performance updates and program governance to leadership.
