Corporate Executive Search, Inc. (CESI) is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a food manufacturing plant in the Philippines.

The role focuses on production planning, quality assurance, safety, and cost efficiency to achieve operational targets and business goals. The position requires strong leadership, extensive experience in manufacturing operations, and a track record of driving continuous improvement within a complex plant environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5 years in plant leadership or senior manufacturing management role.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and food safety systems.
• Experience with manufacturing performance systems, ERP platforms, and data-driven operational reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, and large production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations to meet production targets and service levels.
• Translate business plans into production schedules and resource requirements.
• Monitor key metrics: output, yield, efficiency, downtime, waste, and costs.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, product quality, and audit readiness.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Lead safety, environmental, and people development programs.
