Job summary

CLEVR, a leading executive search firm in the Philippines, seeks a Plant Finance Manager for a food manufacturing client in Laguna. The role focuses on financial performance, cost control, reporting, budgeting, and business partnering with Operations and Procurement.

You will oversee plant P&L, costing, inventory controls, and CAPEX evaluation while leading the finance team and partnering with operations leadership to improve profitability and drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• 7–12 years in finance/accounting in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant P&L, monthly closing, reporting and forecasting.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly financial forecasting.
