Job summary

Nexlence in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to own daily operations at the Manila site, drive self-built IT capabilities, and ensure 99.99%+ uptime while coordinating with headquarters and local suppliers.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, network design for a dual-site setup over the next 3–5 years, and strong security/compliance focus across data centers, endpoints, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure operations experience in large BPOs, including overseas sites.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE or Linux preferred.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with asset management and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Own daily IT operations and maintenance at Manila site.
• Troubleshoot, deploy equipment, and plan site IT expansion.
• Manage data center, network, fault handling, and RCA reporting.
• Oversee BCP and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure information security and audits; implement access controls.
• Asset lifecycle management and supplier management.
