Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure operations experience, including overseas site experience.
• Relevant network and server certifications preferred (CCNA, MCSE, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead IT operations and maintenance for the Manila site.
• Oversee network, security, asset management and disaster recovery planning.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and HQ to ensure SLA and business continuity (99.99%+).
• Troubleshoot, deploy equipment, and guide site IT expansion over 3–5 years.
• Prepare and review RCA reports, remediation plans and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
