Job summary

Concepcion Business Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across all sites in the Philippines.

You will oversee LAN/WAN/WLAN, data centers, and cloud/on-premise environments while shaping security posture and incident response. You will coach a team of engineers, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and asset lifecycles to optimize service quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
CCNA or equivalent certification; ITIL Foundation is a plus.
7+ years of progressive IT Network Infrastructure and Security experience, with 2–3 years in a lead role.
10+ years of multisite enterprise infrastructure and cloud experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Cloud/On-Premise systems for high availability and performance.
Govern cybersecurity posture across firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Lead incident and SLA management; drive RCAs and report SLA performance to leadership.
Coach, mentor, and grow a team of network/infrastructure engineers; set KPIs and development plans.
Collaborate with SBU heads, leaders, and vendors to deliver projects on time and optimize costs.
Manage IT assets and budgets; optimize licenses, hardware, and telecom subscriptions.
