Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT professional to manage, develop and support the technology infrastructure powering global systems and operations.

You will work on enterprise server environments, participate in projects, document solutions, and ensure changes do not disrupt business processes while supporting suppliers and users. A strong background in ICT, Citrix DaaS/VDI, scripting, and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• HBO level working and thinking in a large ICT environment.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large ICT environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix DaaS or VDI.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation of software and processes.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge with team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, results-oriented and innovative attitude.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Available 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Enterprise server environment.
• Participate as a specialist in projects, create technical designs and document solutions.
• Collaborate with various disciplines within the IT organization to realize projects.
• Plan and execute changes without disrupting business, including documentation and handover to IT Support.
• Recognize the impact of changes on the business and communicate accordingly.
• Support suppliers and users when IT issues arise.
• Identify organizational requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
