Responsibilities include drafting communications, managing files and meeting minutes, coordinating cross-department logistics, and identifying workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 0–6 months internship or entry-level experience in administrative support or operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, documents, and emails.
• Manage, organize, and update company files, records, and databases using MS Office tools.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed meeting minutes.
• Coordinate cross-departmental logistics, administrative requests, and routine reporting.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve administrative procedures.
