Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for its Biñan, Laguna location. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a relevant degree, and 3+ years in AP or P2P processes. ERP experience with Oracle Cloud or SAP is preferred in a hybrid work setup.

The position offers a dayshift schedule with a hybrid setup and a competitive package including meal and rice subsidies, medical/dental coverage, and year-end bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline invoice processing and improve financial workflows.
