Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati is seeking a Mandarin IT Consultant to join our IT team. The role offers a dayshift schedule (9:00 am–6:00 pm) with a hybrid work setup, and a monthly salary of Php 90,000. You will support Mandarin- and English-speaking clients, resolve certificate-related issues, and assist with SSL/PKI products.

Open to Filipino or foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin and English. A bachelor's degree is required, with bonus for prior hosting experience and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of technical support and customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience with web-hosting accounts is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; MS Office and internet literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across operating systems, devices, servers, and software.
• Provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
