Confidential IT Security Firm in Makati is seeking a Mandarin Technical Service Specialist to assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting certificate-related issues and providing first-level technical support for SSL and PKI products.

The position offers a dayshift schedule (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) with a hybrid work setup and benefits such as visa support, HMO, life insurance, and multiple leave options.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year in technical support or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with web hosting accounts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across OS, devices, servers, and software.
• Provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity products.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
