J-K Netwok Services in Makati City is seeking a Mandarin IT Administrator to support Mandarin- and English-speaking clients. The role involves troubleshooting SSL certificate issues, PKI and digital identity services, and guiding installations and renewals.

The position operates on a dayshift schedule (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) with a hybrid work setup and salary around Php 90,000. Open to local and foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of technical support or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Web-hosting accounts is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general internet environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various OS, devices, web servers, and software.
• Provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within defined SLA.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
