The role focuses on assisting Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems, and on troubleshooting SSL and PKI-related issues across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have Mandarin and English proficiency, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 1 year of technical support or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in web-hosting accounts is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
