Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati City seeks a Mandarin Technical Advisor to assist clients in Mandarin and English across email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot certificate-related issues and provide first-level technical support for SSL and PKI products.

The role supports a hybrid setup with a dayshift schedule (9:00 am – 6:00 pm). A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in technical support or customer service are preferred, with familiarity in Web hosting and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
