Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati City seeks a Mandarin Technical Solutions Specialist to assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications, and provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.

The role is hybrid with a dayshift schedule (9:00 am – 6:00 pm).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (as stated).
• Open to Filipinos/Filipino-Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English; foreigners fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across OS, devices, servers, and software.
• Provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
