Job summary

The position offers a dayshift schedule (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) in a hybrid work setup, and a salary of Php 90,000. Open to local and foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
