Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati invites a Mandarin Technical Solutions Analyst to join our IT team. You will assist Mandarin and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems and troubleshoot certificate-related issues.

You will provide first-level technical support for security services such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions, and ensure tickets meet SLA. The role offers a dayshift schedule and hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English

• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
