• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across OSes, devices, servers, and apps.
• Provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA guidelines.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
