Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati City is seeking a Mandarin Embassy Support Officer to join its team. The role requires proficiency in Mandarin and English, and offers a dayshift, on-site work arrangement with a salary range of PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email.
• Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese nationals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage general office work and paperwork; address concerns.
• Ensure records are maintained per company procedures.
• Receive daily information from employees and allocate resources accordingly.
