J-K Netwok Services in Makati City is seeking a Mandarin Consular Services Officer to support government-related services for Chinese nationals. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and a day shift, on-site work.

Responsibilities include assisting consular inquiries, coordinating with local authorities, preparing records and reports, and maintaining confidential information with professionalism. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required or welcomed.
• Fresh graduates and degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email.
• Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese nationals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
