Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduates welcome, degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication with customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Experience in administrative, customer service, translation, or government-related work is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email
- Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese Nationals
- Prepare and finalize accurate records, reports, and correspondence
- Manage general office work, paperwork and concerns
- Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures
- Receive daily information and allocate resources accordingly
