Salary Range: PHP 52,212.67 - 130,114.00 (Negotiable) + PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring 21 Cantonese Language Speakers to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support channels. You will provide bilingual support in English and Cantonese, assisting customers with account inquiries, billing, product information, and general support needs while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Fluent in Cantonese: able to speak fluently and spontaneously, use language effectively in a professional environment, and understand complex conversations including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is required (training and systems are in English)
• Previous collections experience and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with valid working VISA. Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants
• Available to start ASAP
