Job summary

Connectwise Manpower Services in Pasay is seeking an on-site Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in betting/iGaming. You will lead expansion, secure partnerships, and drive commercial growth through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities include developing expansion strategies, expanding and maintaining customer and partner relationships, leading negotiations and contracts, coordinating internal resources, and reviewing results to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (and Chinese where applicable).
• Experience in betting/iGaming industry or operations management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's overall business cooperation and expansion, promoting the implementation of cooperation, and achieving business growth and commercial goals.
• Develop business expansion strategies.
• Expand and maintain customer and partner relationships.
• Lead business negotiations and contract signing.
• Coordinate internal resources to advance project execution.
• Review cooperation results and optimize strategies.
