Job summary

Connectwise Manpower Services in Pasay is seeking an on-site Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in betting/iGaming. You will lead expansion, secure partnerships, and drive commercial growth through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities include developing expansion strategies, expanding and maintaining customer and partner relationships, leading negotiations and contracts, coordinating internal resources, and reviewing results to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (and Chinese where applicable).
• Experience in betting/iGaming industry or operations management is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong work ability, high EQ, and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or above, presentable appearance and demeanor.
• At least 3 years of experience in the betting industry, with knowledge of online gambling, sports betting, and operations management.
• Mature business development (BD), sales, or partner relationship management experience in the iGaming field (if applicable).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English.
• International perspective and willingness to travel.
• Experience leading a team of 10 people.
