Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in affiliate or partner management in iGaming.
• Strong network of Philippine affiliates and partners is a plus.
• Experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models.
• Proficient in evaluating partner performance and KPIs.
• Familiarity with PAGCOR, KYC/AML, and responsible gaming requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliates, agents, and partners in the Philippines.
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach and drive acquisitions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and incentive structures with partners.
• Monitor partner performance using tracking platforms and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance for execution.
• Ensure activities comply with PAGCOR regulations, KYC/AML, and responsible gaming.
