Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned leader to drive large‑scale transition and transformation programs from its Rockwell, Makati City hub. The role combines strategy, delivery excellence, and change management to enable PMI’s global, smoke‑free future.

You will develop roadmaps, govern delivery, manage budgets and risks, and partner with senior leaders to optimize processes across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• 5+ years in transition management, project management, and change management.
• Proven track record leading multiple complex transition or transformation programs.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Expertise in stakeholder management across senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
• Strong governance, risk management, and business process transformation capabilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions, influence outcomes, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced business English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transition and transformation programs across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and execute transition roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Manage program risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and change impacts.
• Drive executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and steering committee governance.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
• Mentor Transition Managers and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve transition processes and outcomes.

Impact You'll Own

• Deliver complex global transition and transformation programs with minimal business disruption while achieving timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Enable successful service migrations, outsourcing, insourcing, and organizational changes across markets, regions, and functions.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Treasury, Controlling, or Customer Care Services processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
