As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, leading process transitions, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across operations, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes in productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Manage project plans, budgets, resources, forecasts, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Lead and support process transitions into the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
Execute migration projects using lift-and-shift and transformation-led approaches.
Develop and manage transition plans, governance frameworks, and delivery timelines.
Oversee knowledge transfer (KT), process documentation, and readiness activities.
Manage hypercare and stabilization phases to ensure seamless transitions.
Ensure successful handover to steady-state operations and continuous improvement teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across migrated, legacy, and evolving processes.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, capacity utilization, cost efficiency, service quality, and risk controls.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to optimize performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to address recurring issues.
Track, measure, and report benefits realization from improvement initiatives.
Coach leaders and teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement within daily operations.
Provide regular project and performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple initiatives.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and performance reviews.
Maintain visibility and prioritization across project, transition, and CI portfolios.
Partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Transition & Migration, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects, driving operational excellence, and managing end-to-end process transitions.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
