Qualifications

  • 7+ years in business transformation within multinational environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership or complex program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation with measurable benefits.
  • Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong governance, risk, and financial acumen; executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the Continuous Improvement and transformation pipeline.
  • Lead and develop Transformation Leads and Experts through coaching.
  • Translate GBS strategy into a balanced portfolio of initiatives.
  • Oversee disciplined execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Govern opportunity intake and evaluation for initiatives.
  • Sponsor Kaizen events and standard work improvements.
  • Ensure post-implementation stabilization and embed changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders for regular updates.

Job Description of Transformation Manager

  • Own and govern the Continious Improvement and transformation pipeline, including opportunity intake, prioritization, and sequencing with Service Excellence and GBS leadership.
  • Lead and develop Transformation Leads, Transformation Experts, and the Intake & Evaluation Lead through direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Translate GBS strategy into a balanced portfolio of CI, innovation, and transformation initiatives with clear value targets.
  • Oversee disciplined execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring risk management, timely delivery, and benefit realization.
  • Govern opportunity intake and evaluation, ensuring initiatives are well‑scoped, value‑driven, and execution‑ready.
  • Sponsor Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and standard work improvements to enhance process capability and performance.
  • Ensure post‑implementation stabilization, resolving gaps and embedding changes into day‑to‑day operations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders (Operations, IT, Data, Automation, HR, Finance) and provide regular executive updates on pipeline health, progress, risks, and realized benefits.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate

  • At least 7+ years in business transformation and continuous improvement within captive, multinational, or business services environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in people leadership and/or complex program or portfolio management.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and transition programs with measurable, sustainable benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, and/or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Strong skills in portfolio governance, benefits realization, risk and compliance management, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, coaching capability, resilience, and a strong ownership mindset.
