Job summary

Philip Morris International in Manila is seeking a Commercial Deployment Specialist to drive data-backed decisions and enable efficient, insight-led commercial execution across markets. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and support forecasting and KPI tracking.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data quality, and develop DAX measures for reporting, contributing to strategic growth in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business and digital tools/systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and visualization tools.
• Experience or knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, Salesforce, and data modelling is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong learning agility, analytical mindset, and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English.

Work Schedule and Location

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement (dayshift or midshift schedule)
• Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
