PMI — a global leader in transforming the business landscape — is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions. You will craft Power BI dashboards, build robust data models, and partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver accurate reporting and insights.

This hybrid role is based in Makati, Philippines, with collaboration across multicultural teams. The role emphasizes analytics, forecasting support, and data integrity, leveraging SQL, Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business and digital tools/systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and visualization tools.
• Experience or knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, Salesforce, and data modelling is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong learning agility, analytical mindset, and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, consumer, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate reporting, KPI tracking, and incentive calculations.
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and business insights generation.
• Maintain master data integrity and data quality across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support commercial initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, reporting guides, and workflows.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures for efficient reporting.
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and visualizations.
• Partner with global stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy through data cleansing, transformation, and modeling.

Your day-to-day

Work Schedule and Location

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement (dayshift or midshift schedule)
