Csod in Metro Manila is seeking a learning and development professional to design, develop and implement learning programs to elevate expertise in beauty categories driving the beauty business growth.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end logistics, designing and managing support programs, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and evaluating program effectiveness through analytics and metrics to improve outcomes across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversees end-to-end logistics, including procurement, inventory, and distribution, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Designs, launches, and manages support programs to enhance team performance, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure programs address business needs and deliver measurable outcomes
• Evaluates program effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary
• Establishes and manages strategic communication frameworks to align internal teams and external stakeholders
• Represents the organization in key industry forums and fosters relationships to enhance brand positioning
• Develops clear communication and messaging for various initiatives of the institute to ensure consistency across platforms
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

7. Develops clear communication and messaging for various initiatives of the institute to ensure consistency and clarityacross platforms
8. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
