Job summary

Csod is seeking an Assistant Manager for Beauty Brand Institute to lead the design and delivery of training programs that elevate beauty professional skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with the creatives team to develop e-learning content and learning materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

The candidate will implement templates and research-based programs, evaluate impact using metrics, and oversee annual training plans while maintaining policy compliance across the team.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements assigned training programs using standard training templates (e.g., Training Needs Analysis, Design Template, Storyboard Template) with thorough research based on industry and market trends.
• Reviews and recommends offline training storyboards based on approved training designs.
• Evaluates training program effectiveness using established metrics (e.g., training evaluation framework).
• Monitors team compliance with all policies and regulations through seamless delivery and completion of the annual training plan.
• Works closely with the BBI Creatives Team to ensure timely development of e-learning programs, toolkits, playbooks, and other required learning materials.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
