Job summary

Semirara Mining and Power Corporation is seeking a Manager of Learning & Organization Development to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, OD, change management, and employee engagement initiatives that drive business performance and organizational excellence.

You will develop and execute the organization’s learning strategies, establish competency frameworks, and design leadership programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential employees, while partnering with leaders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organization Development, Business, or a related field.
• Postgraduate education, facilitation, coaching, or OD certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s learning, leadership development, and OD strategy.
• Establish competency frameworks, skills matrices, and technical capability standards in partnership with business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Design and implement leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, high-potential employees, and succession candidates.
• Lead annual training needs analysis and drive learning plan prioritization across the enterprise.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen technical capabilities critical to mining and power operations.
• Drive organization design, workforce productivity, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement surveys, organizational culture programs, and employee listening initiatives.
• Measure learning effectiveness through capability development, performance improvements, and business outcomes.
• Develop internal facilitators, coaches, and subject matter experts while managing external learning partners and program budgets.
