Job summary

Human Resources is seeking a Corporate Learning and Development Officer to lead learning programs for the company. You will manage the full training cycle from TNA to post-reviews, and implement performance management, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives across the country.

The role requires 8+ years in training leadership, strong facilitation and English communication, and hands-on experience with HRIS and analytics. Bank or financial sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science/Pscyhology or related discipline.
• At least 8 years solid experience as Training Head/Manager handling full training cycle.
• Budget and expense management experience including monitoring.
• Experience in performance management and balance scorecard.
• Organizational learning initiatives using various channels (eLearn, webinar, etc.).
• Proven policy making, business partnering, project management, analytics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and evaluate corporate learning programs (in-house and outsourced).
• Manage the full training cycle from TNA to delivery, metrics and post-reviews.
• Develop and administer performance management, VMV cascade, online learning and leadership programs.
• Lead talent management programs and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive organizational development and change initiatives across the country.
