Semirara Mining and Power Corporation is seeking a strategic Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning across Corporate, Mining, and Power Plant operations. You will develop forecasting methodologies and talent demand strategies while driving recruitment for technical, operational, leadership, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with workforce planning exposure.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team or portfolio.
• Experience in technical, industrial, engineering, mining, manufacturing, or power sector recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning across Corporate, Mining, and Power Plant operations.
• Develop and govern workforce planning methodologies, headcount forecasting, and talent demand strategies.
• Drive recruitment strategies for technical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across mining, power, engineering, maintenance, and other specialized functions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals and workforce requirements.
• Lead workforce analytics, vacancy forecasting, labor market intelligence, and talent risk assessments.
• Design and oversee graduate, cadet, apprenticeship, and early-career talent programs.
• Strengthen the company's employer brand and expand strategic partnerships with universities, recruitment firms, and professional organizations.
• Establish recruitment governance, selection standards, and service excellence metrics.
