Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, seeks a Senior HR Specialist — Training & Organizational Development to drive talent, learning, and engagement initiatives from the BGC area. You will partner with business leaders to implement programs across recruitment, learning, OD, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, OD, engagement or performance management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training administration, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data analysis with actionable insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and MS Office; HRIS/LMS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Learning & Development: design and facilitate training programs and orientations.
• Organizational Development & Employee Engagement: develop programs and culture initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: support performance processes and coaching.
• HR Analytics, Reporting & Systems: maintain records, LMS admin, and HR dashboards.
• HR Projects & Administrative Support: assist in HR initiatives and provide admin support.
