Job summary

Higantis Corporation in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance leader to oversee the organization’s financial health, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.

You will drive financial planning and strategy, reporting, cashflow and budget management, payroll, compliance and audits, risk management, stakeholder communication, and technology oversight while leading and developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years in Finance or Accounting, incl. 4 years in General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Payroll with ≥3 years in leadership.
• Total 15 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• CPA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• At least eight to nine (8-9) years of Finance or Accounting experience, of which four (4) years in General Accounting, Tax Compliance, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Payroll processing, with at least (3) years leadership position.
• 15 years of relevant work experience, with 2 years in managerial position.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
